What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you make a payment, that transaction is processed entirely by Bank Alfalah's Alfa Payment Gateway — we never see, store, or have access to your card details. When you use the platform, we store the strategies you generate in Lab and the feedback responses collected through Pulse, tied to your account. We also collect standard technical data — browser type, device, IP address, and session information — through our infrastructure provider, Supabase.
Why we collect it
We use your data to create and manage your account, process payments and activate your subscription, deliver Lab and Pulse features, and contact you about your account or important platform updates. We do not use your data for advertising.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your data with third parties except as strictly necessary to operate the platform: Supabase for infrastructure and database hosting, Bank Alfalah for payment processing, and our AI provider for strategy generation. We do not display advertising and we do not share data with advertisers.
Data storage
Your account and platform data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, which is GDPR-compliant. Payment transaction data is held by Bank Alfalah under their own security and privacy standards. We do not store your card details at any point.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing contact@unsquashed.pk. We will process deletion requests within 14 days. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Cookies
We use essential session cookies only — necessary to keep you logged in and to maintain your session state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics that profile you across other websites.
