Question 1

What is UNSQUASHED?

Accepted Answer

UNSQUASHED is a business solutions platform with three tools under one account: Lab, which generates a complete marketing strategy for your business in under 60 seconds; Pulse, which lets you collect structured customer feedback via a QR code; and Ground, which tracks field or sales team visits with GPS verification. One subscription gives you full access to all three.

Question 2

Who is this for?

Accepted Answer

Any business that needs a clear marketing strategy, real customer feedback, or visibility into a field or sales team — from solo founders and SMEs to agencies and corporate teams with people on the ground. Lab works for any market worldwide. Pulse works anywhere a customer can scan a QR code. Ground works for any team that makes in-person visits.

Question 3

Is this only for Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

No. Lab generates strategies calibrated to whatever market you specify — Pakistan, UAE, UK, USA, or anywhere else. Pulse works globally. Payment is currently in PKR, with international payment options coming soon.

Question 4

What does UNSQUASHED Studio offer?

Accepted Answer

Beyond the platform, Studio is custom work for businesses that want marketing, growth, and digital transformation handled directly — digital media planning and buying, AI solutions and custom bots, website builds, ROI-based marketing, and growth strategy. There are no fixed packages; book a 30-minute call to start the conversation.

Question 5

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

One monthly price for access to Lab, Pulse, and Ground, each with a usage limit — see the signup page for current pricing and limits. Businesses that need more can talk to us about a custom plan.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Currently PKR via Bank Alfalah's Alfa Payment Gateway — credit and debit cards. International payment options (USD, AED, GBP) are in development.

Question 7

Is my payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Card details are handled entirely by Bank Alfalah's PCI-compliant payment gateway. UNSQUASHED never sees or stores your card information at any point.

Question 8

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are non-refundable once access is activated. Refunds are available only in cases of technical errors that prevented access, duplicate charges, or platform errors. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Question 9

How does Lab work?

Accepted Answer

You answer 12 questions about your business — your market, product, audience, competitors, and goals. Lab generates a complete strategy including SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, customer persona, journey map, market sizing, channel strategy, budget allocation, 90-day roadmap, content pillars, KPIs, financial projection, and brand voice guidelines. The whole process takes under 60 seconds.

Question 10

Can I download the strategy?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every strategy generates a branded PDF you can download, share with your team, or present to investors.

Question 11

How many strategies can I generate?

Accepted Answer

The standard plan includes a set number of strategy generations per month. If your business needs more, contact us about a custom plan with a higher or unlimited limit.

Question 12

Is the output accurate?

Accepted Answer

Lab gives you a structured, market-calibrated starting point based on your inputs. Always validate the output against your own market knowledge before acting on it.

Question 13

Can I generate strategies for different businesses or markets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each strategy generation is independent. You can generate strategies for different businesses, different markets, or different products within the same account.

Question 14

How does Pulse work?

Accepted Answer

You set up your location in the Pulse dashboard, generate a QR code, and place it wherever your customers are — a table, counter, receipt, packaging, or digital screen. Customers scan the QR, complete a 60-second structured feedback form, and the results appear in your dashboard in real time.

Question 15

Does the customer need to download anything?

Accepted Answer

No. The feedback form opens directly in any mobile browser. No app, no sign-in, no friction for the customer.

Question 16

What data does Pulse collect?

Accepted Answer

Each feedback submission captures a star rating (1–5), an NPS score (0–10), a category (Service, Product, Staff, Environment, or Value), an optional written comment, and the timestamp. All responses appear in your dashboard with sentiment analysis and time-of-day breakdowns.

Question 17

Can I use Pulse in multiple locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add as many locations as you need from the Pulse dashboard. Customers use the same QR code everywhere — if a business has more than one location, they're asked which one they're at before leaving feedback. The dashboard shows a combined view across all locations, or you can drill into any single one.

Question 18

How does Ground work?

Accepted Answer

Field or sales reps log in through the Ground field app and record a visit. Their GPS location is captured automatically at the moment of submission. Admins see every visit plotted on a live map and can review activity by rep.

Question 19

Is the location data actually GPS-verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The location is captured by the device at the time the visit is logged — it is not entered manually or self-reported, which is the main gap Ground is built to close.

Question 20

Does a field rep need to install an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Reps log in through a mobile browser at a dedicated field URL. No app store download required.

Question 21

Can reps see other reps' visits?

Accepted Answer

No. Each rep is scoped to their own territory and only sees their own visits. Admins see the full picture across the whole team.

Question 22

Does Ground detect fake or duplicate visits?

Accepted Answer

Ground includes fuzzy-matching logic that flags duplicate or repeated source entries, so admins can spot suspicious patterns rather than trusting every log at face value.

Question 23

What devices does UNSQUASHED work on?

Accepted Answer

The platform is fully mobile-responsive and works in any modern browser. You can also install it as a PWA (Progressive Web App) from your mobile browser for an app-like experience on both iOS and Android — no app store required.

Question 24

Does the platform update automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When we ship updates, the platform updates itself automatically in the background. You'll always be on the latest version without doing anything.

Question 25

I'm having a technical issue — how do I get help?

Accepted Answer

Email contact@unsquashed.pk, WhatsApp +92 321 168 1501, or book a 30-minute call. We typically respond within a few hours during Karachi business hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm PKT).
